Welcome to Monarca Ulje. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including all purchases made through www.monarcaulje.com. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Products & Orders

All of our products are made to order using natural ingredients. Please read product descriptions and instructions carefully before purchasing. Due to the handmade nature of our items, variations may occur.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time and for any reason, including suspicion of fraud or product unavailability.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are advance purchases of products that are not yet available. By placing a pre-order, you understand the item will ship at a later date. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods provided by Shopify.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS. Processing time is typically 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), especially for oils which require infusion time.

All international orders are shipped via DHL and may take up to 15 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Please ensure your address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final. Due to the made-to-order and natural nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Orders may be canceled only if they have not been processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order is final.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, images, text, and product formulations—is the property of Monarca Ulje and protected by copyright laws. No content may be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Monarca Ulje is not liable for any adverse reactions or damages arising from the use of our products. It is your responsibility to review ingredients and consult your doctor if you have allergies, are pregnant, or nursing.

By using our products, you agree to hold Monarca Ulje harmless from any claims or issues resulting from your use of our items.

8. Disclaimer

Our products are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Results may vary from person to person.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from use of this site or purchase of products shall be resolved under Florida law.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Monarca Ulje mobile message service is operated by Monarca Ulje Klaviyo. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Monarcaulje’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Monarcaulje through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Monarcaulje. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18559822640. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Monarca Ulje mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
