Welcome to the Monarca Ulje Affiliate Program. We're glad you're here. These Terms & Conditions govern your participation as an affiliate and exist to make sure this is a clear, fair, and rewarding partnership for both sides. By joining the program, you agree to everything outlined below.

1. Application & Approval
Applications are reviewed within 5 to 7 business days. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
2. Joining & Commissions
By enrolling in the Monarca Ulje Affiliate Program and being approved, you become eligible to earn commissions on qualifying sales. Your commission rate and any additional collaboration terms are assigned at approval and agreed directly with the Monarca team on a case-by-case basis.
3. Coupon Codes
Upon approval, you will be assigned a unique coupon code visible in your affiliate dashboard. If you have not been assigned a coupon code, you are not permitted to promote one.
You may promote Monarca Ulje across digital channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest, as well as offline channels such as print media, podcasts, or events, provided the content is truthful, tasteful, and aligned with the brand's values.
When someone uses your assigned coupon code, the resulting sales are attributed to you and you may earn commissions on them. Commissions are only earned on sales generated after your application has been approved and your coupon code has been officially assigned. Any use of a coupon code prior to approval — including codes obtained or shared before acceptance into the program — will not be attributed to you, and no commission will be issued for those sales.
4. Commissions & Payments
Commissions are only issued for successfully completed transactions.
PayPal is the sole cash payment method accepted under this program. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you will need to create one in order to receive payment. PayPal payments are processed on the 15th of each month, with a minimum withdrawal amount of $50.
Store credit payments remain available as an alternative and are processed on the 15th of each month with no minimum withdrawal amount.
To receive payment, you must set up your payment details under Settings in your affiliate dashboard, entering the PayPal email address (or selecting store credit) associated with your account. Affiliates who have not updated their payment method to PayPal will not be able to receive cash payouts until this is completed.
Transactions that result in refunds or chargebacks will not be paid out, and any commission already issued for those transactions may be reversed.
Monarca Ulje reserves the right to review any referred order as part of a fair use policy. The status of your commissions is always visible in the Commission tab; paid commissions are listed in the Payment tab.
5. Coupon Tracking
We use your assigned coupon code to track sales attributed to you. When a customer applies your coupon code at checkout, the order is linked to your account. If a customer completes a purchase without entering your coupon code, we are unable to attribute that sale to you and no commission can be issued for that interaction.
The tracking window for your account is 30 days. From the moment a customer uses your coupon code, any order placed within that 30-day window will be attributed to you.
6. Leaving the Program
If at any point you wish to exit the Monarca Ulje Affiliate Program, simply send us an email at marketing@monarcaulje.com and we'll take care of it. Any pending commissions for completed transactions will still be processed according to the standard payment schedule.
7. Promotion on Your Own Channels Only
Your coupon code must be promoted exclusively on your own channels and social media accounts. You may not post, comment, or otherwise promote your coupon code (or any other affiliate's code) on Monarca Ulje's own posts, profiles, social media, website, or any other official Monarca Ulje platform.
This includes, but is not limited to, leaving comments on Monarca Ulje's Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or any other channel inviting other users to use your code. This type of conduct creates confusion among customers, interferes with our community's experience, and is not permitted under any circumstances.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your affiliate account, at Monarca Ulje's sole discretion, as outlined in Section 7.
8. General Terms
Monarca Ulje reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. Continued participation in the program after changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account found to be in violation of these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or acting in a manner inconsistent with the values of the brand.
These terms represent the full agreement between Monarca Ulje and the affiliate with respect to the program.
