How subscriptions work

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval, and products will be automatically delivered after each successful renewal. For example, if you start a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your payment method each month and your products will be shipped to your doorstep without needing to place the order manually.

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Yes, subscriptions can be paused or canceled in the customer portal after the second renewal. If the subscription was created by mistake, we can cancel it before your first order is processed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled until after the second renewal.

How can I skip or reschedule a charge?

You can skip or reschedule upcoming charges directly in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will display a Skip payment button to skip the charge, and a Reschedule button to change the delivery date.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Yes, you can add, edit, or remove products in your subscription through the customer portal. Just click the Edit button on the product card, make your changes, and save.

What happens if the payment can’t be processed?

If a renewal payment can’t be processed, the system will automatically attempt the charge twice.

If it still fails, your subscription will be paused. You can log into your account, update your payment method, and resume your subscription at any time.
