Pre-Orders

When purchasing a product on pre-order, you’re ordering an item before it’s available, with the understanding that it will ship at a later date.

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, pre-orders may take several days or weeks to process. We always do our best to ship as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and support.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted, made-to-order products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstance.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled or is in transit, we are unable to process any cancellations.

Processing & Delivery

Please allow 7–10 business days to process your order (excluding weekends and holidays). Oils are infused to order and require time to reach full potency. Every product is packed with care and intention.

We currently ship within the United States only, using USPS as our carrier. Once your package has been handed over to USPS, Monarca Ulje is no longer responsible for tracking or handling the delivery. For questions or issues regarding the delivery of your order, please contact USPS directly. Shipping labels are non-refundable, even in the case of delayed, lost, or returned packages.

Failed Deliveries / Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, you must contact USPS customer service to open a claim.

We do not replace or refund stolen or misplaced packages.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate, including apartment or unit numbers. If an order is returned due to an incomplete address, a reshipping fee will apply.

Some of our products are packaged in glass. Please handle with care. We are not liable for any injuries caused by broken packaging.
