Pre-orders: 

A PRE-ORDER is an order of an item of merchandise before it is available, with the
understanding that it will be shipped later.

This can take days or even weeks. We try our best to deliver the items as fast as possible but please understand that these items are made to order because we are working with natural ingredients. Thank you for your understanding.

Return policy:

Unfortunately at this stage of business and being that all products are made to order all sales are final. We do not accept refunds. We  sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order as long as your order is Not processed. Once your order has been fulfilled , you cannot cancel or make any changes.

Delivery policy:

Oils are made to order and need to be infused for at least a week. Please allow a 7-10 business days to process your orders. This is NOT counting weekends. Monarca Ulje is ran by a busy mom. All orders are packed with love and care so this time allows for me to ship your order at the highest possible standard.

Outside of the country orders might take a little longer and is outside of our hands. Please keep in mind before ordering that we do NOT cover customs fees - Thank you for your understanding!

Failure to deliver/Stolen packages: 

Any loss items must be taken to our delivery carrier customer service for them to open an investigation on your order. After preparing your order with care and getting your order shipped out we encourage you to stay aware of your package. Any stolen items will NOT be replaced. As you understand these items are made to order and the the amount is very limited.

Please double check your address before placing the order. If you fail to add your house/apartment # the item will be ship out back to us and we will have to charge you a re-delivery fee. To avoid all of this make sure your adding your correct address. We appreciate your understanding.
